EDIT #1:
Made a couple changes, but not all recommended by Chaos714. I was actually considering most of them myself but wanted a second opinion before changing since the previous build worked pretty well.
However, I disagree about the Dojos. They have proven most useful for performing those extra summons needed but not provided by draw alone.
EDIT #2:
I've got different opinions on Trap Stun, so I'm just going to do what I think is best and up it.
I still agree with BERKAY and others about not including the Shogun. After the previous change I had another slot so I'm just like... okay whatev.
@BERKAY, Different Dimension Ground is very useful against anything Graveyard based. The surprise factor it gives you, and the plus that it isn't continuous, can ruin a player's day time and time again. Just wait for your opponent to Summon Debris and bring back Dandy, or to use Foolish Burial, or even to flip Ryko. It can steal their means of gaining advantage without being easily read, so they will be less likely to play protectively.
I still have different opinions on the Dojo and my gut is telling me to keep it. By different opinions I mean you and this:

If I face a lot of back row hate, well that pretty much reduces the effectiveness of all my major continuous spells. Not just the Dojo.
I like the reasoning for Chain Disappearance, but I honestly think Cunning would be better suited for this. It's useful against anti-front row and opposing Six Samurai. I put both in because Chain Disappearance works against more than just Six Samurai.
EDIT #3:
I added a Shien's Squire. Having a tuner that can be searched by Dojo with only 1 summon will be useful. If drawn, I can use it to either summon it as a tuner or hang on to it as a bit of extra protection.
