Hello KCDA fanatics this is ALu. Are you curious about the next major tournament that's going to be hosted? Then you're in the right place.
First, let me clear some basic rules.
† Ranked Tournaments can only be hosted by the KCDA Staff. No exceptions.
† There are two types of tournaments, and each is worth a different amount of points: Casual & Ranked.
† For the time being tournaments won't start simultaneously. Every tournament will be hosted every 2 weeks. There is an exception:
† Tournaments will start only on Friday. Having a free weekend for the beginning of Round 1 it's more than perfect.
† The sign-up process will take effect during Thursday and most of the Friday.
† There are no such things as a shared place. For example if the duelists dueling for the 3rd place didn't manage to get the duel done, then either the host decides who will be placed as the 3rd or there will be no 3rd place at all. The same goes for the 1st and 2nd place.

This type of tournament will be worth the most amount of points per victory, and will often be composed of thirty-two to sixty-four players. The amount of points you earn will depend on the tournament so it will always be subject to change. It will vary depending on the amount of rounds the tournament has, special rules, etc. Some of these tournaments may also decrease your points depending on the rules. An announcmenet will be made a week prior to the start of a tournament in the News & Announcements section as well as the Portal.
