It looks good enough. This deck is old also. You should use format decks like Chaos Plants.

Oh I missed a card... I have a Word document with decks in it. Went through to update after new Ban list and I guess I just missed that one.

Yeah. I went back through the Extr Vic list and updated the deck.

Here's what I think:

-1 Glow Up Bulb
-2 Quickdraw (only a few monsters can benefit from his effect and there are lots of tuners)
+2 Caius
+1 Foolish Burial

Also, maybe you could try switching the Dust Tornados for Trap Stuns or more monster removal. I think you have too many back row destroyers.
