ou have to read an article you don't have any experiences about a deck. Here is one that I read. You should read it without skipping.
After that, choose best variant in your opinion and do some duels. At last, if you still have problem, you can come herre once more. It's what I have done.

There are a few good articles at yugioh.tcgplayer.com. A good one is here. Take a look in the website's community too, you will probably find a lot more that weren't good enough to be featured in the list of articles, but can still be very informative.

Since he's trying to improve the deck based off that build, netdecked or not, directing him to a link w/o solid suggestions does no good.
Although, I won't say it bad to read articles on them, but know that most articles tell you about the decks and the most logical combinations, not the cards that go in it to make it your own, while still having that logic.
I don't know the 2 cards to the left of Consonance, nor the monster to the left of Kamakiri (at least by looking at the photo).
However, from what I do have...
For Main Deck:
-1 Icarus Attack
-1 Seven Tool of The Bandit
-1 Giant Trunade
-1 Forbidden Chalice(or Lance)
-1 Dragunity Tribus
-1 Arma Leyvaten
-1 Dragunity Primus
-1 Dragunity Angusticlavii*
-1 Dragunity Darkspear
-3 Flying Kamakiri
+1 Solemn Judgment
+1 Consonance
+1 Arma Mystletain*
+1 Terraforming
+2 Dragunity Dux
+2 Dragunity Phalanx
+2 Dragon Ravine
+2 Trap Stun (Maybe 3)
*It may be possible to run Legion at 3, but I personally don't mind 2, your man killer is Dux, anyway.
Speical Case +/-:
-2 Bottomless Trap Hole and +2 Warning <--- I'd recommend that, but its your choice for what works best for you.
-2 Dimensional Prison and +2 Warning
Also, remove the single Pot of Avarice for another Mystical Space Typhoon. See how the deck runs without PoA, to see if its necessary to reload that cards. (This depends on how quickly the duels go.)
*For the two spells to the left of Consonance, if you go through with the edits and they become useless, put in Monster Reborn and Dark Hole. Dragunity's were made with a lot of tuners, MR comes in Hand for a quick synchro if you are stalled on moves.
Synchro/Extra Deck Edit:
For now, remove the two synchros to the left of Vaju and add two more Vaju. I also, suggest making room for Scrap Dragon. With you running a triple Ravine, it becomes an easy card to target with Scrap after you finish your combos. Most games can change with a move from scrap and most cases it wins the game, in the case that it doesn't. You still have proper back-field support after tossing out a Ravine.
That's all I see for now, if you run with the edits. Post here again to show how they worked out. This section is meant to help you improve the deck so it won't be an issue.
Once you see how this works out, we can discuss working on a side deck.

I know you want ti be different but honestly that build isn't going to work. Dragunities Re all about Ravin and synchro spam. This is my build, it's faster than actually posting fixes. Ask if you have any questions on the tech I added

Fixing his deck or giving him a deck, even netdecking (I know it's very useful) won't help him since he doesn't have any experiences about Dragunities. He must read article and use article's deck. Any another way, won't give him a good experiment.

@Berkay, you are using the term "experiment" how else do you experiment if you don't DO. I personally don't have experience with any of the new cards, or cards that I try out, but by searching out their rulings, I quickly understand them. All that's left to do to is to learn to play them at my pace, not what an article sees as the best way to do it.
(This does not mean reading an article is bad. Reading them gives you great background knowledge.)

Well I usually research what other people say and/or take their build and then play it for myself. Sometimes I change it to add my own tech after I have experience with it. Reading an article on how the deck works and having a tounament winning build are both helpful idk why you guys are arguing what help is better. We helped on both points so that's that and yay for us for being helpful. No point in arguing who's most helpful
