YU-GI-OH! Abbreviations

Never heard REDRUM before

I never heard half of these before :O probably bcuz I've only used about half

It's a list from my experience and some other ex-TDA members.

REDRUM -> MURDER

is that GPG and GoZo usable? i never heard that and it heard weirdo

When its GoZo is in a zombie deck under the monster section, you can only realize that's what it is. If it is not in a zombie deck you would be like WTF is GoZo. Therefore it really all depends on the context.

The same goes for GPG. When looking at a GB deck I knew immediately what GPG was. Any other deck and I would have been piling through abbreviation lists to find out wtf it was. Not that GPG works in any other deck

Thats why i created this list

I prefer use their original names. Because they are coooler than this. :/

Yea, i never heard REDRUM neither. Most of the people use REDMD and its kinda more logic o.o

Yeah I think they look nicer as well as more understandable in some cases as I decribed above.

Well,for cards like ROTA or REDMD which are really known with such abbreviations it is easier to use them, for the unknown ones i agree as you will have to explain the abbreviation you used anyway
